Nordea Bank AB opens in Cross Point Lodz NOC (Nordea Operation Centre). Swedish Bank leased almost 2800 sqm (plus 1500 sqm as a reserve) and moves to Lodz all centralized back-office tasks of Nordea Group excluding operation from IT area.
Bankowy Fundusz Leasingowy SA leased almost 1700 sq m of office and storage space, to settle new headquarter of the company.
Complex SA, leader in trade and production of machinery parts and bearings in Poland and Central Europe, moves the headquater into Cross Point. It leased 1500 sq located on 5th floor of office building.

Cross Point Lodz project is carried out in Smiglego-Rydza Street by Mermaid Properties Plc/Ltd developer. It aims at expansion and transformation Adam Próchnik's old Textile Factory into a class A modern office building which will consist of 9 floors with easy to design space of 12 500 m square.The expansion is based on the addition of two new floors - 6m high presentable hall with an atrium inside at the level of the first floor and the entrance to the useable area where canteen and fitness center will be built.
The modernizing work, from the demolition in November 2007 to the renting of the building, was finished in 4Q of 2009.
Tenants will be able to use the advantages resuting from the economic activity in Lodz Special Zone Economic. According to the assurances of LSSE, there are no obstacles to the inclusion of Cross Point to Special Economic Zone.
